How To Remove Spanner and Screw Driver widget icons in Blogger?
In Blogger, if you add widgets to the columns/pages, and view blog after saving the template changes, you may encounter the spanner and screw driver icons which will be present under each & every widget on the columns.
This may look irritating and will spoil the Look, the Page has.
To remove this, Below are the simple steps.
1. After Adding/Updating/Removing the widgets, Save the Changes.
2. Save template.
3. Sign Out from Blogger.
4. Clear the Cookies,Temporary Internet Files from Cache.
5. If you use Internet Explorer, Goto Tools -->Internet Options-->General Tab -->Browsing History and Delete All Cookies...
6. Now, Open Blog in a New Web Page.
7. The Screw driver and Spanner icons will not be present.

venk, I have a private blog (which will be public soon). I hate looking at the spanners even if it's just me that can see it.
It 'ruins' the look of the page and is just damn annoying. They do have the option to remove the quikedit pencils.
Simply because you fail to see why some people may want it gone doesn't make those reasons invalid.
